Bryan Mamaril creates visual solutions in the areas of corporate identity, print, interactive/web design, and information design. He uses a combination of research, strategy, inquisitiveness, visual acuity and a smattering of obsessive compulsive disorder to create highly-engaging, functional and appropriate design.
He worked on the award-winning Atlas of Oregon, 2nd Edition, which was acclaimed by Edward Tufte, Yale professor emeritus and information design author. Bryan's work has also been recognized by PRINT, HOW, STEP and the Seattle Show.
Recent projects were completed for AMP'd Mobile, Starbucks, Microsoft, Teague and WaMu. Non-profit and educational clients include Internews Network, Mavin Foundation, UW Department of Architecture, UW College of Arts and Sciences, UW Campus Art Collection, and the International Interior Designers' Association.
Bryan honed his skills in the Visual Communication Design program at the University of Washington. He also holds degrees in Natural Resources Planning, Computer Information Systems, and Geographic Information Systems from Humboldt State University. He was voted "Most Persistent" in kindergarten.
